Deposit Policy:
A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of scheduling the tattoo appointment. The deposit will go toward the cost of your tattoo. Any schedule changes will need to be made 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. I can move the deposit one time as a courtesy. If the appointment is canceled prior to the 72-hour requirement without being rescheduled, I will issue a gift certificate for the deposit that can be used in the future. Any appointment cancelled within the 72-hour window will forfeit the deposit.
Touch-up Policy:
We offer one free touch-up except for hands, feet, elbows, and knees. If you require a touch-up in one of those locations, we will charge a small material fee. All touch-up appointments need to be done within 3 months of the original appointment to qualify at no cost. We do not offer free touch-ups to anyone who uses a numbing cream prior to their appointment. As a courtesy we offer a numbing balm at no additional cost, that is safe and will not affect the outcome of your tattoo.
